Refunds
No refund policy: refunds or in spa credit will not be provided for any service purchased or provided as well as for gift cards purchased. Chic Massage Diva Spa LLC. reserves the right to not offer refunds or in spa credit.
Exchanges & Returns
Chic Massage Diva Spa Return policy lasts 15 days after purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we reserve the right to not offer an exchange/ return. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chicdivaspas.com and send your item to: Chic Massage LLC, 1129 Kennedy Blvd North Bergen NJ, 07047.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards- Physical or eGift cards
- Sale items, only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Chic Massage LLC, 1129 Kennedy Blvd North Bergen NJ, 07047.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
