Bookings & Cancelations
To schedule any of our services, please book online through our website, call us at 201-653-0750, or text at 713-384-9556. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be issued spa credit only.
First Time Clients
All first-time clients must fill out a health questionnaire intake form before their
treatment. It is important to inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancies, and
allergies. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to
complete this health questionnaire intake form. A delay in your appointment on your
behalf means that your treatment time will be reduced, cannot be carried out as
planned, or will be rescheduled. Before your service, a clean set of slippers will be
provided to switch your shoes to, personal shoes will be stored in the reception area.
We suggest not bringing your jewelry, if you bring them, take them off before your
treatment. It is very important that you turn your cell phone off or put on vibrate mode
and store it with your belongings; to be fully emerged, tranquil, and enjoy your
experience. We recommend coming in showered before your massage or body
treatment, if this is not possible, you may do so at our facilities, and arrive 15 minutes
before if this is the case.
Gratuity & Quality Care
Our staff is fully licensed by the State of New Jersey, as certified Massage Therapists, certified Estheticians with specializations and certifications, and Licensed Social Workers, to ensure the utmost quality care in each of our customized services. Gratuity is optional at the end of our services, however, it is always well-received by our staff members. Labeled envelopes can be found in the reception area for each of our staff members if needed.
